“Ordered a wooden model ship for a competitor. Nothing received after three weeks I was told it was on backorder when I phoned. Ordered the same model from Wonderland models online and received it the next day. Fantastic service!”

“Ordered 5 new horse at the end of Dec. They where not coming in until jan as they where new for 2025. Got a email 2nd week in jan to say they have arrived. My grandson love all the horses ,so well worth the wait. Lovely staff & very friendly.”

“This is a first rate company everything I've ordered delivered in well wrapped packaging to keep it safe delivery is amazing all mine has been next day even on standard delivery got everything you could need I ordered Tuesday arrived weds I will be ordering next week for more paints other bits will not use any other shop and very good prices so for me 10 out 10 need modelling equipment look no were else looking forward to ordering from you next week ty”

“1st time order and orderd a shed load of paints. All came as ordered and in quick time. My only criticism and it's a big one as I think it will drive customers away is the site search engine. When additional search criteria is added, rather than narrowing down the targets, the list increases. To me it is therefore pretty much unusable”

“As a late returnee to modelling I’ve found that online model shops open up a whole new world compared with my 70’s/80’s experience. Wonderland have been an excellent source of kits and tools etc since I restarted modelling and I will continue to use them out of choice.”
