“Everything arrived in good condition, well packed and undamaged. I do think the delivery lady deserves a mention, the roads were covered in ice and she still managed to make the delivery.”

“Received the items I ordered a day late after paying for next day though I must admit I did order it a little late in the day still next day was accepted also in with my order was 4 very old aviation magazines which I was told was a free gift !! Strange as I was not given a choice and they will go straight into ‘my’ recycling. Also to note the total weight of the magazines was just about twice that of the items I ordered which makes me question the shipping charges I will probably not be ordering from this company”

Mr Gallimore, To qualify for next working day delivery we have to receive the order by 2:00pm as is clearly stated on our website. I have checked our records and you placed the order at 11:20pm on the 8th, over 9 hours after the deadline and 6 hours after we close for business. We despatched the parcel on the 9th and you received it next working day, the 10th. As regards the magazines, as I explained in my e-mail a few days ago, we acquired these as part of a huge collection of unbuilt plastic model kits and we decided to give our customers a little bonus by including a few magazines in each parcel. We are charged a flat fee by our couriers for each parcel we send and the presence of the magazines had no effect on the shipping charge you paid.

“I love this model shop. Whether I purchase from in-store or online they always have exactly what I need. My Recent purchase includes some older model magazines gifted to me which was a nice touch and much appreciated. Ordering online is easy and they consistently deliver in a day or two which saves me time. Wonderland models is my first stop shop for everything I need and will continue to be for a long time.”

“Great service and wide choice from cataloque on line . No problems prompt delivery and competitive pricing.Goods arrived on time and in excellent condition . Additional reading matter much appreciated. Pleased to have found this model shop on line as local shop closed a few years ago and a few more on line outlets seem to have disappeared.”
