“My Partner was delighted with his RC Excavator and Lorry. Couldn’t recommend Wonderland more, I ordered on 23/12 and item arrived so quickly (even when there were days of no mail over Christmas)! Thanks again, will be ordering more :)”

“Order was well packaged and care for, and when one of the many parts I ordered was accidentally labelled as in stock was refunded to me due to it actually being out of stock. So I couldn’t really complain because I got my money back without an issue and they were very easy to communicate with. Definitely would consider shopping with them again online if I need parts for my rc cars.”

“Figure sent to the wrong address photo of the parcel at wrong address verified by wonderland models on Google maps numerous emails and phone calls lf I don't receive a claim form from delivery company of which I haven't then tough luck three weeks of hassel one lost christmass present and lesson learned never again shame on you”

Although DPD delivered the vast majority of parcels correctly before Christmas, there is the occasional one that will go awry and we take all such cases seriously. DPD are investigating and you will not be left out of pocket at the end of the process. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

“My grandson loves his present and it arrived quickly. The only negative thing and why I haven’t given it 5 stars is that there wasn’t any caps with it so my grandson couldn’t actually use it on Xmas day”

“I paid for next day delivery, but the item was out of stock so came in the following week. I was told it was shipped “the next day after it was in stock” which isn’t the same thing at all. Apart from feeling overcharged for postage, and not getting the item when I expected it, the service was generally ok, and when the item arrived it was packaged well.”
