“It's not your company as such but 1 star is all the service demands. I went with yourselves over Amazon, even though you were a few pence more expensive - Mr Bezos has enough money but, if I'd have seen you used DPD I wouldn't have bothered. Firstly, they don't deliver to you, you need to go to the post office which is not too far away admittedly but you invariably have to wait in a queue and secondly they are pants! The order was supposed to arrive yesterday but it was delayed with no reason given, it was then scheduled to arrive today but it hasn't, with not even a notification that it was going to be delayed. I've had lots of problems with DPD in the past loosing items, poor communications etc and I don't think I will be shopping with you in the future because of them. It's a shame as you seem to have a lot of really inteesting stuff.”

Thank you for your review and we are sorry you have had a negative experience with DPD. By default they will deliver parcels to the delivery address the customer supplies, but they do provide a variety of delivery options for the recipient to choose from if that is more convenient, including having it delivered to a local pickup shop. Full tracking details are emailed when the parcel is collected along with a text message if a mobile phone number is supplied.

“This shop had a paint id been looking to get for so.etime but others had been constantly sold out so thought id give them a try so ordered sum. Others too they had all in stock were shipped packed excellently with super fast delivery I would definitely recommend a d have saved there Web Address to use again in future thank you all at wonderland models 🙂”

“I ordered the Airfix 1/48 scale Seafire, and the Italeri 1/48 scale Gripen two seater. Quick and easy to place my order, plus the added bonus of a good discount on the Seafire. Later I was advised on the phone that the Gripen was out of stock, but assured that my order would arrive by Tuesday. I really appreciated the personal touch of phoning, it shows how much the team at Wonderland Models care. My order arrived safely, thoroughly recommend them.”

“I would not have sought out a review site of my own accord for this purchase but being as I was invited to do so here goes ! I purchased two you cap firing pistols for my young nephew in the expectation to the ones I had as a child. Sadly it was not to be. The pistols received were cheap junk inferior quality Chinese made and so As such were not really worth the price paid. I would not disappoint or insult my nephew by giving him these items and so they have gone straight into the dustbin. The moral of this story is ; beware of badgering customers by email to submit reviews when you sell such vastly inferior Chinese made shoddy goods !”
