“You asked for this review without checking that I had actually received my package. So, the ordered items didn't turn up ... I did let you know and you said you would look into it and revert but you didn't. I am still waiting. Unless you change your courier company you have lost a customer. Shame, because you have a good range, but so do others.”

“I used several online drinks retailers, but I do really appreciate the effort that WB puts into curation for the AF drinker. Plus their service is really solid. They've never messed up an order, and if there is a stock discrepancy they will be the ones to communicate that to you, rather than you having to ask why your order was different or incomplete and chase up refunds.”
