“I am still yet to receive my order, I had a DHL delivery notice for the 23/12/25, then I had nothing checked DHL online tracker and it shows That it should have been delivered on 23/12/25. Really messed up Xmas day for the non- alcoholic drinker of the group.”

Apologies about this delay, it seems the order was placed just after our delivery cut off for pre-xmas delivery. However we did get it shipped out in good time so i will chase this up with the courier as it appears to be damaged. Thanks Tom

“I am generally happy with the service but this time, one of the cartons was damaged, had leaked and had to be thrown away. I didn't feel happy about drinking the contents as the carton was damaged.”

“Amazing! I've been a customer for about 2 years. First I bought a selection including wines. Non-alcoholic wine is so far in my experience awful although I hear a few fizzies are getting there. So I spent most of the time ordering beers. In that time I've discovered some really really good ones. I placed a decent order before Christmas and DHL seems to have lost it. When I enquired from WB they said if it doesn't turn up tomorrow will send you a new lot. I let them know on Monday before Christmas and on the Tuesday a replacement shipment arrived not only that I asked can I add 12 of another beer to my order and they said yes just order it and we'll combine the shipping and refund the second ship fee. That seems like EXCELLENT, attentive, flexible customer service to me. Tastes & choices will differ but I've found excellent AF beers. If only there was some excellent AF wines!”
