“No issue with Wise Bartender but your courier DHL really failed. First message from them in Thursday said package would delivered Wednesday (yesterday!). Nest message said out for delivery. No further updates until 2 hrs after delivery time slot. Exactly the same on Friday. Finally delivered on the Saturday. I know things can go wrong but DHL completely failed to communicate what was happening.”

“Ordering was easy. Despatch was quick. But they completely ignored my delivery preference. They went with DHL, which required me to rearrange an afternoon so I could be home.”

“I was very impressed with the response time for my order. But I was annoyed that my selection of deliver method was not honoured. I specifically asked for Parcel Force because I knew I would not be home and can easily get to their depot. But it was sent with DHL, so I had to take an afternoon off work to be home for delivery.”
