“There is such a wide selection to choose from on the website but I ended up successfully ordering about a dozen different cans of AF beer. Only tried one so far but it certainly hit the mark. Although the football failed to do so!”

“Really quick delivery. I’ve bought a variety of cans for a present. It’s great I could order individual cans. My partner has a ‘splitting the G’ TikTok channel which includes reviewing and comparing other substitutes to Guiness. He is having time off alcohol whilst perusing his fitness goals so what better way to still promote his channel, and other ways to enjoy a drink that has no alcohol! (I don’t drink) it’s a win win win. (His birthday is 29th July so he hadn’t had them yet shhhhhh!)”

“Can’t give a review because DC Express has failed to deliver to me three days in a row and are impossible to communicate with in order to get a real explanation for failure to deliver because you only have access to robots. Very disappointing. Have been waiting for my delivery since last Friday. DX Express is a very misleading name!”

I'm really sorry for the run-around you've had with DX, three failed attempts with no clear explanation isn't acceptable. As soon as we saw this, we tracked your parcel directly and pushed DX for an urgent resolution, and followed up with you by email. Hope it's sorted now, if anything's still outstanding, reply to that email and we'll keep pushing.

“The product is always is fine. But I would have had some of the unfiltered if it had not been out of stock. The new delivery service is pretty much of a car crash. They sent me all their messages three times. Every message boosted about how precise they were going to be with the delivery. However when they actually arrived they went down the wrong drive which is (or was) clearly marked with no entry signs on both sides, breaking the left hand sign. The delivery vehicle was a large Grey panel van which was clearly too big for The turning into the drive that the driver selected. The driver) made a gesture of helplessness and spoke little English – possibly did not understand the words "no entry".”

“Great selection of beer however I didn’t realise that the section is completely random so the beer I was hoping to get in my selection that was pictured don’t appear. That said all beers look great and delivery was super fast”

Thanks Jon, really glad the beers themselves landed well and delivery was quick. On the selection pack, contents can shift depending on what's in stock at the time, so what's pictured isn't always guaranteed. Good flag though, we'll make that clearer on the listing so it's obvious upfront.
