“Arrived very promptly and in great condition. It's nice to get a variety pack so that you can have a change and find a new favourite. My wife had hoped that there might have been a pear cider in there as well.”

“Sam’s Brown Ale is a quality non-alcohol option. It was recommended at The Cow and Calf in Grenoside, and having really enjoyed it, I came home and ordered some for you. Great find!”

“Ordered two of their boxes. Order was despatched quickly and I received the boxes three days later. Unfortunately, the courier damaged one of the boxes and returned it before delivery. Wise Bartender proactively contacted me shortly after to confirm that I had not received the goods. They then despatched a repalcement box the same day.”

“Why are you so expensive? Buying LA Athletic from Tesco is £5.00 for four 358m cans (£4.00 if you have a club card). You charge £3.00 per can / £12.00 for four of the same)! Sorry but that's a rip off.”

Hi Peter, thank you for your feedback. The price you've quoted from Tesco was a promotional price for a multipack, whereas the product on our website was priced and sold individually. We're a specialist independent retailer and, unfortunately, can't match the purchasing power or promotional pricing offered by the largest supermarket chains. What we do aim to offer is a much wider selection of alcohol-free drinks and the flexibility to buy individual cans and bottles rather than full cases. “Fantastic service! Wine arrived the day after ordering. However I have to admit to finding the zero alcohol wine pretty unpleasant. Might just be my taste and it is a very subjective thing to be sure but won't buy again.”

“An easy to use website with plenty of choice! Even better than there are gluten free/alcohol free beers as these are always hard to come by other than just a plain lager. The only issue I had was the order button didnt work on some of the beers available.”

“Purchased the Premium Sparkling wine collection - 6 bottles. However, the jorg Geiger and the Noughty bottles weren't provided. When I reported this customer service they we were very unapologetic and blasé about it and still haven't provided a refund. Terrible customer service!! Do not buy the 6 bottle collection if you are hoping for the additional bottles as advertised on the website as you won't receive these.”

We apologise for the error in updating the listing to reflect the summer curation. We have offered to send a free returns label in order to take the wine back for a full refund, you denied this. When you advised you were looking forward to trying the Noughty we also offered to send this out to you free of charge, you also denied this.
