“I am quite new to drinking non- alcoholic/low alcohol wines and finding good wine is not easy. In my experience, supermarkets offer low quality and very limited choice. I have been enjoying those supplied by WB so I am now using their subscription package. Fingers crossed, now I shouldn't have to keep searching for good wine.”

“Delighted with my drinks from Wise Bartender - highly recommended for non drinkers for original and creative selections you won't find in a supermarket. Even found a drinkable and pleasant alcohol free red wine (Moderato) and a delicious alcohol free rose (Hand on Heart).”

“Liked the drinks ordered except for the spirits. It wasn’t really what I was expecting. I ordered the “too good to throw” items and understand you get what’s in stock but I received two bottles of almost the exact same spirit so a bit disappointed with that and also the “alcohol-free” package is actually just overpriced soft drinks and not alcohol alternatives eg AF beer like I assumed it would be.”

“Delivery took 8 days when it should have been 48 hours. Ordered the mixed collection of alcohol free drinks to try but when I received my order, 50% of the order was not what was in the mixed offer that I had ordered. One of the brands sent that I did not order, I can buy in my local Asda for 1/3 of the price. Very dissapointed.”

Your order was placed on the evening of Weds 12/3/25 and shipped out the next day on a 2 day working service to Northern Ireland so the soonest it could land is Monday 17/3/25, apologies it was the day after this. I'm sorry you were dissapointed in the pack contents but as explained on the product page the contents varies depending on stock availability. Hopefully the £5 credit we gave you as a goodwill gestures helps a little.

“The service provided by Wise Bartender themselves was very good, however the service provided by Parcel Force, the chosen courier has been abysmal. Firstly the damaged the first parcel and I had ring them to find out the situation. The replacement organised the same day by Wise Bartender arrived at the delivery depot on Saturday, was due for delivery yesterday (according to their app) but did not materialise. Supposedly arriving today, eight days after I placed my order and consequently cannot comment on any of the beers.”
