“I rate the company 5 stars due to the quick delivery but the product (Bosch) only a 1. I have Bosch Aeroblades fitted to my Volvo but these Bosch were bought for a 2018 Mini. The Bosch Aero I have on my car look fine but these for the Mini look really dated and like blades fitted to cars in the 80s. I managed to break one trying to fit it so ended up ordering a pair of genuine blades from Mini and fitted them without issue in seconds.”

“I ordered two different sized blades for my car and I received one that was the wrong size The customer service was excellent and sent the correct size immediately I can't fault how the problem was solved and would recommend using Wiper Blades Ltd to anyone”

“I mistakenly ordered two sets of blades on line and paid for. On realising my mistake I phoned the company and they immediately corrected my mistake and cost of one set repaid to me. Now the service was 5 star delivery took two days. The blades supplied were Michelin first quality and at a very reasonable cost. I have no problem in recommending this company to anyone”

“This was the fourth time I have ordered from Wiper Blades Limited in the last few months for our array of family cars and all items fitted perfectly on arrival for the first three. The fourth ordered proved a little trickier as my daughters car spanned two available makes and unfortunately I chose the wrong one. I contacted Wiper Blades Ltd and Ollie Farmer was fantastic with his main focus on ensuring we got the right wiper blades. The new ones were delivered (free of charge) and fitted perfectly, he then facilitated the return of the old ones (again free of charge). The error with the ordering was my fault, but Ollie's customer service to rectify my mistake was exceptional and I will have no hesitation in re-using Wiper Blades Ltd or recommending them. I don't usually write reviews, but the service this time deserved my time and effort. Easily 5 Stars!!!!”

“Very happy with the new Bosch aerotwin blade wipers And the cheap price compare to other website Very good customer service, my delivery arrived a day later than suppose to but was no fault of Wiper Blades LTD they still took the time to explain it was Royal Mail and they were sorry for the delay even if they were not at fault I will buy my next wipers with them”

“I ordered 2 front and 1 rear wiper blades for my Hyundai I 20, delivered in 24 hrs which was great service. Put the front 2 on without any problems but the rear one would not clip on so by putting too much pressure on it part of the wiper arm connection broke off, the reason being was the arm was not the right one so i ended up putting 2 plastic ties on to hold it on, emailed Wiper blades to tell them and Ollie rang me 20 mins later to explain that he was sorry to hear of the problem and will put it right, the problem was not mine nor there`s as the year of my car was on the border of 2014 - 2015 so they did what they thought was right. Ollie said they would send me a new blade and arm for my car to fix the problem which i thought was really kind and 5 star service, this arrived a few days later as promised and Ollie rang once again to make sure all was right. You get some dodgy companies on the web which can put people off but when you come across a company like Wiper Blades which gives outstanding service and go`s that extra yard to make sure the customer is happy, well done to Ollie and the team for great customer care, will tell all my friends where to go in the future when they need wiper blades.
