“I ordered 2 sets of blades but the ones on my Mercedes S class are ridiculous, they touch the edge and bends and it doesn't wipe properly.”

“Provided wrong blades due to an apparent common issue with my make and model of car (inputting my reg results in this mistake) They did refund me but I had to go elsewhere to a provider who knew about the issue and were better able to help me”

“I have used Wiper Blades for years and have always been very impressed, but I've always ordered premium brands. This time I bought the cheaper "Blades" product, which was a mistake. After only a couple of months, one of the blades flew off without warning - whilst driving the car; leaving the arm scraping on the windscreen (luckily I stopped it before any scratching). The flimsy plastic mounting assembly had simply shattered. Customer service refunded me without hesitation, but I am hugely disappointed. Luckily I was able to drive to Halfords 5 minutes away, but had this happened at night in the rain, the car would have been undrivable and my weekend away would have been ruined.”

“item, when eventually received, was excellent however the first delivery had an incomplete address, which resulted in the item being returned to sender! on contacting them, their mistake was acknowledged and another shipment was sent which arrived within two days.”

“Blades fit, however I think the high cost was to cover for all the variable attachments that came along for the ride. Threw five away! Whilst fitting blade it broke! One plastic part was 1mm thickness, never going to put up much resistance. Won’t be purchasing Michelin wipers again.”

“First one cracked plastic, my neighbor bought a replacement, and once again a piece of the fitment plastic broke off again. Very poor? Have been replaced with another make,so cost me double, a complete waste of money especially for a pensioner.”

“Received the blades on time.unfortunaly one of the blades had incorrect fitting,had to dismantle new and old blade to make a good one. Waste of time giving reg number to get right parts, won't be using this company again”

“The delivery email was lost in Spam. The delivery service did not knock on the door that we heard, They just dropped the package over the gate and left. We fgound it 2 days later. The baldes on the other hand were fine.”

“I paid for 48 hour delivery as I needed the wipers before my daughter went back to uni. They arrived 2 days late which meant she couldnt use them when needed”

“Poor packaging caused the longest blade to be slightly bent at the end meaning the blade wasn't competely flat on the screen. Tried to bend it back into shape which helped a bit but not perfect.”

“Fitting was straight forward and easy but unfortunately after about 5 weeks the drivers side has started dragging and bouncing across the screen as it goes up making a very annoying noise, I'd hoped they'd lasted longer than that before I had any issues with them”
