“I would highly recommend this company, I was finding it very hard to find wipers for my Citroen berlingo. However this company found me a pair and the delivery was very quick.”

“I purchased the Aerowiper - WBTR-RF-16 and the Aerowiper - WBTR-RF-20 for my Honda S2000 and the ordering process and delivery were a breeze, very good indeed. After watching the instructional video each wiper was replaced in around 60 secs each. They both wipe perfectly and look very good as well. Will be returning in the future, if needed, for new ones. Highly Recommend. 👍 💯”

“I have to say the ease of ordering the 2 wipers on the website and the speedy delivery was second to none. After watching the instructional video each wiper was installed in around 60 seconds each. A breeze and they look much better than the originals. Aerowiper - WBTR-RF-16 & Aerowiper - WBTR-RF-20. Will be purchasing again if needed in the future. Excellent. 👍 💯”

“Lack of help from customer experience department, due to issues with numerous fittings required to secure the replacement blades to my car leave me with wiper blades I can’t use Purchased blades from a local auto parts factor and fitted them immediately without need of resorting to combinations of plastic adapters Too complicated for me”

Unfortunately, we do not list/sell suitable rear wipers for every vehicle, some we are still awaiting the data on or simply awaiting for an aftermarket manufacturer to make a suitable rear wiper for us to then stock. “Nice. Simple speedy service. Didnt really have a clue what i was looking for having never changed a wiper before. Put my number plate in on the website. Ordered the recommendation. “Hi, excellent service from you for my purchase and your delivery of order for Citroen C3 A423S Bosch Aerotwin Twin Pack H301 Bosch Rear Screen Wiper Arrived earlier than expected and easy fitting. Getting the exact replacement items is a bonus when compared to visiting the well known retail outlets and being offered alternate items that need 'fitting'. “Bought the Bosch Aerotwin wipers,front and rear 4 months ago.Delivered quickly and price was very competitive.These are premium quality wipers and performance is so much better than standard 0.E.M wipers,particularly on the front.Far quieter too. Very easy to fit - just minutes. The worst thing was removing the old wipers fitted by my Hyundai dealer which I did find very problematic but I got there in the end. They will also be far easier to replace with these again next time.”

“I had a very poor experience purchasing wiper blades from this company. The blades that were sent to me were far too large for my vehicle. I provided the correct vehicle details when placing the order, so the blades should have matched the specifications for my car. When I contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund, the process became unnecessarily difficult. They repeatedly asked for photos and further proof that the blades were too big, despite already having my vehicle details and the issue being quite obvious. Instead of resolving the problem quickly, I felt like I had to keep justifying the mistake that was clearly on their end. The whole process was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor customer service.”

After looking into this, I can see that when you first contacted us the photos unfortunately didn’t come through correctly on the email, which is why we asked if you could kindly resend them. When the replacement images arrived, the angle and distance made it difficult for us to clearly confirm the exact lengths needed, so we requested clarification to ensure we sent the correct free‑of‑charge replacement pair straight away. You later advised that you had already purchased alternative wipers, so we immediately issued a full refund and confirmed that there was no need to return the original set. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this caused — our intention was only to identify the correct size so we could resolve the issue as quickly as possible. “Ordered 4 sets of wipers of the last few years for 2 cars. The wipers have always arrived well packaged and in good time, and correct wipers for cars. I have found the reminder service very good also as my wipers are one thing tha get over looked.”
