“Admittedly I am one who doesn’t write reviews often but I have to say the service I received for my wiper blades front and rear (2 orders) have both been exceptional. On both occasions I spoke to Ollie for the fitting and he was very polite and concise. An absolute pleasure to do business with and I would definitely recommend to others. My only suggestion would be to advertise the fitting videos on your website on invoices and your website.”

“Super fast delivery and really easy to order the correct blades. Arrived within a couple of days on standard delivery. Blades I bought are better than the standard ones fitted by Mercedes Benz, which lasted a poor 10k miles and £25 cheaper!!”

“I ordered my wiper blades on the 25th of November and am still waiting! I have emailed the company on two occasions and they have blamed Royal Mail and I will have to wait! I went to the local sorting office and they had no parcels for me and said all parcels had been delivered for my post code and could not locate my wiper blades. As its no longer safe to drive with a badly worn wiper blade I will now have to buy them locally. Not very satisfactory when I have been waiting since November! Not impressed with the customer service.”

Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review - I completely understand your point and we are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately the strikes have caused significant delays nationwide. The tracking information states - 'Your Item was received by Ivybridge DO on 03-12-2022 and is now due for delivery today' As a seller we can only do so much, from 03-12-2022 your parcel was at your local depot so I don't know why they would have told you otherwise - are you still waiting for your order? “Took a 7 days to come due to post office strikes. Ordering was easy, despatched same day (damn p/o), easy to fit, peace and quiet at last. will definately use Wiper Blades Ltd again. many thanks ken”
