done a google seatch for ford transit custom wipers clicked on the second tag for wiperblades.co,uk as i was looking at other sellers. So ended up ordering only problem ford transit were delivered not custom which are a different size. Had to pay £5 to return them to get a refund, to make matters worse whilst parked outside post office one tyre was just touching yellow lines so got a ticket. These ended up being the most expensive wipers i never owned

Hi John, Sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order. I know from experience that the Ford Transit to Custom can get easily mixed up when placing an order. Was a reg search used? Ordered a wiper blade for a vintage Jaguar and was sent the wrong size I asked for a returns label and was told i had fitted it incorrectly. I am a motor trader. !

We offered you written instructions and a video link, as you know every manufacturers fitting can vary slightly. Blades only lasted about a week, started streaking, checked that they were fitted correctly. They are.not impressed at all. Will have to buy more. Do not recommend.

Placed my order for 6 blades for 2 cars. The order was wrong, sent a 24 inch blade instead of a 14 inch. Customer service is shocking so I had to start a dispute with paypal. They agreed to send a replacement, which was all I wanted, so paypay closed the dispute. They have still not replaced they blade or replied any further. I will have to contact my credit card company to clay back the payment.

Unfortunately just came to fit the wiper blades, fitted small one no problem but when I came fit the larger one slid it into position and the clip button was broken, so could you please replace asap, delivery was very quick no problem with that. I’m afraid I had a poor experience. I ordered a set of wipers in the January Sale and paid via PayPal. Two days later I was emailed to say wipers were out of stock and I was given a refund, in two instalments. I’m assuming the wipers are back in stock but at the original price but have not bothered to look.

Company provided good service but the wiper blades themselves are awful don't get them. Massive plastic blocks on them really obscure view.

The Michelin front windscreen wipers are very poor quality and are generally rubbish! Do not buy them for the Nissan Juke!

Wiper blades not received (either not delivered or parcel stolen) and this company refuse to refund or replace, despite it being their responsibility to do so. Very bad business indeed.

Awful, after putting my registration number in I was sent the wrong wiper blades, and to return these would have cost me £12. No free postage offered.

The wrong blades were sent to me! I had to go to a well-known high street store to buy the correct ones that I could compare. I entered my registration number and followed the process, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Threw them in the bin. What a waste of time and money! I should have gone to the high street store in the first place. Lesson learnt internet shopping isn't always easier.

Bosch A532s do not fit a 2023 Vauxhall Grandland the clips are too fat

Really sorry these wiper blades don't fit, it's a strange one as Bosch do recommend the A532S as being compatible but it looks like there is a built in washer jet on the wiper arm which could be why the Bosch blades don't fit. The blades sent never fitted and broke a pin whilst trying to fit.....bought some from else where and fitted within seconds

From our email exchanges we tried to workout your wiper arm fitting requirements after we worked out it wasn't a hook fitting from your reg search. You sent the wrong wiper blades and I had to pay the return postage to get the blades credited to my account. This was also difficult as I had to contact you to find out when was I going to receive credit for the wipers I returned, I was given an apology and the process was instigated , overall I was not best pleased with your company.
