“As I have never had to buy wiperblades before as my father did everything but has now sadly passed away. I came to this website as I could put my registration number in and get the right ones. They came and dont fit i got intouch by email they want me to pay to return them dont mind if it's my fault. and now I have scratches on my beautiful car windscreen. Not impressed at all. What a waist of time and money money i haven't got. So upset”

“Lack of help from customer experience department, due to issues with numerous fittings required to secure the replacement blades to my car leave me with wiper blades I can’t use Purchased blades from a local auto parts factor and fitted them immediately without need of resorting to combinations of plastic adapters Too complicated for me”

“Useless website. Couldn't get the site to give me specific wiper blade for rear. Go onto rear wipers, get up car, gives you every single size. Move onto next website.”

Unfortunately, we do not list/sell suitable rear wipers for every vehicle, some we are still awaiting the data on or simply awaiting for an aftermarket manufacturer to make a suitable rear wiper for us to then stock. “I had a very poor experience purchasing wiper blades from this company. The blades that were sent to me were far too large for my vehicle. I provided the correct vehicle details when placing the order, so the blades should have matched the specifications for my car. When I contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund, the process became unnecessarily difficult. They repeatedly asked for photos and further proof that the blades were too big, despite already having my vehicle details and the issue being quite obvious. Instead of resolving the problem quickly, I felt like I had to keep justifying the mistake that was clearly on their end. The whole process was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor customer service.”

After looking into this, I can see that when you first contacted us the photos unfortunately didn’t come through correctly on the email, which is why we asked if you could kindly resend them. When the replacement images arrived, the angle and distance made it difficult for us to clearly confirm the exact lengths needed, so we requested clarification to ensure we sent the correct free‑of‑charge replacement pair straight away. You later advised that you had already purchased alternative wipers, so we immediately issued a full refund and confirmed that there was no need to return the original set. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this caused — our intention was only to identify the correct size so we could resolve the issue as quickly as possible. “They are completely the wrong wiper blades for ford focus 2008 They are still sitting in box waiting till I can find some one that wants them . My car is in garage now for service and they will fit the correct ones”

“they broke within a month of use supposedly they were fit to my car and would work however came out of the fitting constantly so then had to buy new ones waste of money”

Hello, We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. The wiper blades supplied were the correct OEM-specified sizes for the Honda Jazz GD (20” driver / 15” passenger), which is the fitment we advertise and supply. These sizes are clearly shown in the main product description and again under each blade within the “Show size & code” section on our website. While some retailers may list alternative blade lengths, these fall outside of the manufacturer’s OEM specification. We only supply and recommend OEM-correct fitments. Customers wishing to run non-standard sizes would need to purchase individual blades rather than the pre-selected twin pack. “Very poor and unprofessional service. Complete lack of communication from start to finish. No delivery updates, no tracking information, and no support when things went wrong. My time was completely wasted, and I was repeatedly given incorrect or conflicting information. Customers should be respected and kept informed — this company failed to do both. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.”

“The blades were ordered in plenty of time for them to be fitted for my car's MOT. They did not arrive on time, despite Wiper Blades Ltd saying they had been despatched, and consequently I had to buy localy.”

“I entered my ford kuga reg in and was sent the wrong length blades anyway. Have had to put them on as I need them straight away for a long journey. Check the length of blades you are buying to make sure they are correct for your car rather than rely on the system on the web site.”

“Ordered two rear wiper blades. After waiting for approx two weeks nothing arrived and the Royal Mail tracking app still said it hadn’t been dispatched. Eventually I asked for a refund which they actioned. Very poor service. I’ll use Halfords in the future.”
