They are completely the wrong wiper blades for ford focus 2008 They are still sitting in box waiting till I can find some one that wants them . My car is in garage now for service and they will fit the correct ones

they broke within a month of use supposedly they were fit to my car and would work however came out of the fitting constantly so then had to buy new ones waste of money

Wish I head read the reviews first. I won’t be buying from here again. Wrong size sent then a load of hot air from customer services with excuses. Waste of money.

Hello, We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. The wiper blades supplied were the correct OEM-specified sizes for the Honda Jazz GD (20” driver / 15” passenger), which is the fitment we advertise and supply. These sizes are clearly shown in the main product description and again under each blade within the “Show size & code” section on our website. While some retailers may list alternative blade lengths, these fall outside of the manufacturer’s OEM specification. We only supply and recommend OEM-correct fitments. Customers wishing to run non-standard sizes would need to purchase individual blades rather than the pre-selected twin pack. Very poor and unprofessional service. Complete lack of communication from start to finish. No delivery updates, no tracking information, and no support when things went wrong. My time was completely wasted, and I was repeatedly given incorrect or conflicting information. Customers should be respected and kept informed — this company failed to do both. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The blades were ordered in plenty of time for them to be fitted for my car's MOT. They did not arrive on time, despite Wiper Blades Ltd saying they had been despatched, and consequently I had to buy localy.

I entered my ford kuga reg in and was sent the wrong length blades anyway. Have had to put them on as I need them straight away for a long journey. Check the length of blades you are buying to make sure they are correct for your car rather than rely on the system on the web site.

Totally lacking in customer experience. I placed 5 wiper blades in my shopping trolley and proceeded to pay only to be told that 'wiper blades. co. uk does not ship to Northern Ireland! Total discrimination to a region of the UK - Avoid at all cost

Only the rear wiper fitted. The front were the wrong fittings. I used car reg to make sure no mistakes. Will use my local garage in future.

Although I entered the registration, make & model of my car , the wiper blade sent does not fit . This is very disappointing as I used this company specifically to ensure the correct wiper blade .

Ordered two rear wiper blades. After waiting for approx two weeks nothing arrived and the Royal Mail tracking app still said it hadn’t been dispatched. Eventually I asked for a refund which they actioned. Very poor service. I’ll use Halfords in the future.

Poor communication, tried to cancel a duplicate order but unable to until after payment made and told a return order would be organafter I paid and the order was delivered, unacceptable, the order should be cancelled when the error was reported, not after delivery with a return sticker provided
