“I live in the US and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Scotland and the whole process was extremely easy...much easier than other companies. Flowers, which were beautiful, were delivered on time and I received notification...definitely will use Williamsons again”

“My mum first used Williamson many moons ago for her wedding flowers so as a family we have continued to use them for any floral tributes that we need. The service provided last year when my dad passed and again last week when we required more funeral flowers is in my mum's words 'as good today as it was 58 years ago' . 58 years using one florist speaks for itself .”

“I ordered 2 wreaths and was contacted by undertaker 3 hours before funeral that nothing had arrived. This caused me a great deal of distress and was far from happy to hear that they had found my order some 30 minuets later. A trauma I could have done without.”

Thank you for making me aware of your experience. Our driver checks funeral times and travelling distances prior to commencing funeral delivery routes, in this instance he was aware he would be on site in Livingston 2 hours prior to the funeral time, in hind sight we should have telephoned yourself to explain his route timings rather than rely on the email ETA and email delivery confirmation. Thank you again for allowing us to review our procedures.

“I ordered on the phone with a specific request and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. She assured me they could fulfil the request and gave me a price and delivery date. The flowers were delivered on time, the people I sent the flowers to were delighted with the composition of the planter and sent me a picture. Williamson did a brilliant job - we are all looking forward to the bulbs blooming and I would certainly use them again.”

“when I ordered flowers from Vancouver to my Family in West Lothian...Williamson's had a promotion which was chocolates with the flowers. My order was perfect, the driver was amazing and left a note to say the flowers were close by, the flowers were absolutely beautiful, i contacted the store say the chocolates were not with the order. Despite Christmas and the busiest time for Williamson's .....they went out their way to go all teh way to Whitburn to just deliver the chocolates...OMGoodness, thankyou Williamson Family (I have been shopping at your store and restaurant for many many years before immigrating to Canada ...and still my favorite place to meet friends for lunch when i get home every year ) TO all of your Team for the personal touch and first class service , your flowers made someone very happy...and the chocolates made her even happier :) xx ALl teh Best to you all in 2018 and beyond Maureen R”

“Unfortunately my mums lilly spray for her funeral did not have one lilly open, which made it look very different in appearance from the photos , and her mum letters and ribbon was missing”

“Flowers were delivered as requested but was not told of Delivery cost - £6.99 is a bit excessive to deliver 3/4 mile even being given a £2.00 discount - reason on invoice for discount was WALK!!!!!”
