“I have been using Williamsons for sometime now but on this occasion I got the flowers delivered to myself as I was taking them to see the widow in person. I am so glad I got them sent to me as the flowers were lovely but not what I ordered I am just wondering what has been sent in the past. There was only 8 flowers and some greenery for £47.00 pound I called and it was replaced but I would have been totally embaraced if they had been sent direct to my friend so for this reason I don't think I will be using Williamsons again as cannot be trusted it would seen”

“They did a decent job on this particular order but the company are in the dark ages. You cant order vouchers online or over the phone and when you try to call it rings out any way. Unless they change they wont be alive in 5 years time! A shame because products are good.”
