“One phone call was all it took. 5 minutes later it was all organised and the delivery was made in good time. So , overall , excellent. I have one small criticism. Delivered product versus price paid , but , no big deal.”

“Excellent customer service and lovely person on phone took order/payment etc. We ordered Teardrop spray for my Aunty's funeral, delivery to undertakers was excellent, however, on seeing the spray at crematorium I wss a bit disappointed that a few of the flowers looked rather past their best which I was not expecting at all 😕”

“Ordered floral wreath for funeral a couple of days before the service and the item arrived with the service proprietor in good time and in fresh condition. My initial online order didn't seem to go through due to smartphone glitch at first and I activated the Chat Feature on the website and the customer service advisor there was able to check if my order had been lodged, to which it hadn't. Thankfully I was able to repeat my request which was successful. Thanks guys.”
