“I live in Western Australia and use Williamson's Design Florist when sending flowers to relatives in Broughty Ferry and other parts of Scotland for special occasions. The recipients have always been very pleased with flowers delivered and say that they are beautiful. My latest order is for my cousin's 80th birthday and as she is very special, it would be nice if chocolates could be added to this order instead of my next one. I can't answer the following questions as delivery is not till tomorrow.”

“I have ordered flowers from Williamson's on many occasions. The ordering service in the shop was quick and efficient. The delivery was in the morning as requested. The flowers were beautifully presented and delivered by a friendly driver. All in all a first class service!”

“The staff were excellent, the flowers were beautiful, hence the 'Good' rating. However: the Driver left them on the doorstep, they were - literally - sodden with water which meant a towel had to be put under them on the table for the water to soak into. It is possible my Daughter didn't hear the doorbell but, since she was in all day, that's doubtful. Plus, they could have been left with a neighbour rather than sitting on the step for 3hours. So, not top marks I'm afraid. S. Teadley”
