“We wanted to use an independent florist in Broughty Ferry where the flowers were to be delivered. The person on the phone was helpful and pleasant, the pictures on the web clear and alluring. We chose Wonderfully White. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient pronounced them lovely. I appreciated the tracking facility. Thank you.”

“They responded to my request very professionally and delivered the flowers when I asked them to, which was great. The lady I spoke to on the phone (Tiff??) was absolutely superb and was so cheery when speaking on the phone. She is a real credit. Thanks”

“I am currently away on business and called my mother to let her know I had arrived safely. She has not been keeping well of late and when I called, she sounded very down, a bad couple of days! I immediately booked some flowers through Williamsons (I was due her a bouquet for mothers day anyway) and arranged for a delivery to be made that same day. She called me about two hours later to say thanks and she had "perked up" considerably. I felt better as I will not talk to her for a week but at least the last time I did speak to her she was upbeat and happy.”

“A bit disappointed with the bouquet that was sent to my sister for her birthday. It was not worth the price that I paid for it I could of got it from Tesco for £10 and your delivery charge £6 would make it £16.00 not what I paid. Very disappointed.”

“I was delighted with the wreath and the small posy arrangement Williamson's prepared for a recent family burial. They followed my wishes closely and the delivery was made ahead of time. My thanks go to the girls in the Dundee branch who made up the arrangements early last Thursday morning.”

“The ordering process was a bit drawn out. Guaranteed morning delivery was expensive at nearly £10. However was pleased with the end result. Colours were as asked for and nicely presented. Accompanying card (which was extra cost) was really nice. All in all, quite happy with the purchase”

“I received 2 arrangements in February and they were beautiful and lasted for few weeks . Ordered 1 for a friend as a thank you . Was slightly disappointed as I expected the arrangement to be the same . It was really nice but a bit smaller than i thought it would be . Probably flowers costing more at different times of year .”
