“Very easy to order, same day delivery, fresh and nice flowers. Only thing that makes me unhappy was that I asked for orchids in floral foam but they were arranged without it.”

“I ordered a hand tied bouquet for my Granddaughter’s 18th on the day. The flowers were beautiful and delivered to the restaurant we were having dinner at that evening. I would definitely use Williamson’s again. Great service and fast delivery.”

“I recently ordered flowers for my friends funeral, the lady serving me understood how fragile I was feeling and kindly helped me through the process. I returned a few days later to pick a single flower for the graveside and again the same lady remembered me and yet again kindly help me pick a thistle which was perfect.”

“I was delighted in the way my order was processed. I wanted to send lovely flowers on the same day and was thrilled with how easy and quick the website was to navigate, how beautiful and varied the bouquets were and how speedily the bouquet was delivered. “I ordered a balloon bouquet for my nephews' birthday. The website was good and the online chat facility was very useful. The order process for payment and card/message selection could be slightly improved - the different boxes were clunky and I couldn't change details once entered. I received email confirmation of the order, and then another notification to confirm the delivery was planned, and again to confirm the delivery was complete - excellent communication. The item was delivered very promptly just after 9am and my nephews are delighted with their balloons. Excellent customer service, thank you.”
