“The flowers arrived on time and were very nicely presented. My wife seemed happy with them and they are still alive after two days, which is always a bonus. Since we were out at the time, they did get delivered to my neighbour, though - she bounded out her house with them but sorry, love, they weren’t for you !”

“The member of staff who took my order was very helpful and friendly, taking time to show me what was available and how much it would cost. Once I had decided on the order, she was very patient while I chose my words for the message for the card. I was kept informed as to when the order had been dispatched and when it had been delivered. Most of all, I was delighted to hear from the recipient that the flowers were beautiful!”

“Placed the order from Surrey before traveling up to family in Kinross - all went like clockwork with delivery nicely inside the three hour window slot. Flowers designed on the back of the telephone conversation were perfect. No complaints whatsoever.”

“Attention to detail was the key. No fuss and very beautiful flowers delivered to our hotel. This made our 54th Wedding Anniversary a great success and we did visit the shop to thank them when we received excellent advice on flowers for a forthcoming family wedding. How refreshing to deal with a company showing such efficiency..”
