“I ordered a balloon bouquet for my nephews' birthday. The website was good and the online chat facility was very useful. The order process for payment and card/message selection could be slightly improved - the different boxes were clunky and I couldn't change details once entered. I received email confirmation of the order, and then another notification to confirm the delivery was planned, and again to confirm the delivery was complete - excellent communication. The item was delivered very promptly just after 9am and my nephews are delighted with their balloons. Excellent customer service, thank you.”

“We wanted to use an independent florist in Broughty Ferry where the flowers were to be delivered. The person on the phone was helpful and pleasant, the pictures on the web clear and alluring. We chose Wonderfully White. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient pronounced them lovely. I appreciated the tracking facility. Thank you.”

“The ordering process was a bit drawn out. Guaranteed morning delivery was expensive at nearly £10. However was pleased with the end result. Colours were as asked for and nicely presented. Accompanying card (which was extra cost) was really nice. All in all, quite happy with the purchase”

“I received 2 arrangements in February and they were beautiful and lasted for few weeks . Ordered 1 for a friend as a thank you . Was slightly disappointed as I expected the arrangement to be the same . It was really nice but a bit smaller than i thought it would be . Probably flowers costing more at different times of year .”

“The flowers arrived on time and were very nicely presented. My wife seemed happy with them and they are still alive after two days, which is always a bonus. Since we were out at the time, they did get delivered to my neighbour, though - she bounded out her house with them but sorry, love, they weren’t for you !”

“Flowers beautiful . Delivered on time . On the website you are advised the message should be 8 lines and 20 characters per Line ; quite hard to achieve . I expected message to be typed not handwritten .”

“Flowers were delivered as requested but was not told of Delivery cost - £6.99 is a bit excessive to deliver 3/4 mile even being given a £2.00 discount - reason on invoice for discount was WALK!!!!!”

“They always deliver on time and if there’s a problem they contact me even though I’m in Australia. This year the Christmas bouquet my mum received weren’t quite as pictured on the website, so I was a little disappointed, however she was happy with them.”
