“Excellent service and lovely products.They always arrive in perfect condition and on the correct delivery date. However having spent several minutes choosing the product and then entering my personal details I find it rather fristrating to then encounter your password system at the moment I'm ready to pay. I think I have now cracked it but time will tell.”

“Ordering on line was very quick and easy. Unfortunately l can not comment on the flowers l ordered as l won't seen them till the 21st. Hopefully they will be as beautiful as the picture on the website.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to comment, I have always found Williams Florist to follow my directions with no issue, I am in Australia and do it on line.H However My receipient commented to me this time..that the Hatbox display that holds the flowers is much smaller than usual..she has one or two from previous deliveries over the years . .SO...like all things these days what you see is not the actual size of what you purchase. Was there a reason for this, I know stock these days is not always available..and we have to take whats there... The flowers were pretty , and fresh she said. Marguerita.”

“I've scored this order with 4 stars as I didn't see the flowers, they were a present, but I wanted to review the excellent service I received. I didn't know the area I was sending them to and asked a colleague who recommended two local florists neither of which were able to deliver on the day. Williamsons excelled and delivered with no problems, actually a couple of hours after I had placed the order. Fantastic service, thank you, Janice, for your efficiency and thank you to the florist who enabled it.”

“Very knowledgeable staff helped us pick a wreath for a family members funeral. Flowers were lovely and delivered on time. Only negative was the delivery cost for a short journey. Maybe have a variable charge depending on mileage.”

“A lovely bunch of flowers was delivered, on time. I’m not sure if the bouquet was quite as full as in the photo below - it’s hard to tell from the photo my mum sent me - but she really liked them. I would order from this shop again.”
