“Very nice flowers and very easy to buy website. 1 downside was I wasn't able to track the delivery. The only info I had was "from 9 to 6" which leaves it quite broad...”

“Very nice flowers in a lovely arrangement. Pity that the deliveryman started with "Roll on 4 o'clock, I've got about a hundred deliveries to do today"”

“This website does not accept DEBIT CARDS from UK banks. This website took about 30 minutes of my time to accept an order. It would be instructive for the people who set up a website such as this one to go LIVE online and try to make an order on the website. Next time I will use the telephone. If I can't order on the telephone I will go elsewhere.”

“I ordered my flowers for our Aneversary to be delivered AM. I requested delivery before 10.00 am which I thought was reasonable as I only five 5 mins from Williamson’s. Delivery arrived at 11:55am.”

“They called me to check what I wanted to put on the card since the order had gone through with no text. Pleased they took the time to check. And not to mention the gorgeous flowers they delivered to my friend. Much better than flowers I’ve bought from some well known high street stores.”

“It would be perfect if the confirmation email was sent to me soon after the delivery. Other things were satisfying, especially the delivery time. Around 10-11am was a really good time for birthday flowers. Would love to order from Williamson the next time.”

“I recently ordered flowers for my friends funeral, the lady serving me understood how fragile I was feeling and kindly helped me through the process. I returned a few days later to pick a single flower for the graveside and again the same lady remembered me and yet again kindly help me pick a thistle which was perfect.”
