“Really easy to order, delivered on time and always beautifully presented”

“The staff were excellent, the flowers were beautiful, hence the 'Good' rating. However: the Driver left them on the doorstep, they were - literally - sodden with water which meant a towel had to be put under them on the table for the water to soak into. It is possible my Daughter didn't hear the doorbell but, since she was in all day, that's doubtful. Plus, they could have been left with a neighbour rather than sitting on the step for 3hours. So, not top marks I'm afraid. S. Teadley”

“Lovely flower basket but disappointed they were not as ordered——no lilac flowers,only pink and a sickly lemon! This was not as attractive a combination.”

“Use the shop frequently and never been let sown by them. Ordered in shop and staff were really helpful. Flowers were beautiful and delivered extremely quick. The only negatives I would say was that the advertising on the card, the box and the ribbon was a bit overkill and the driver who delivered (from inter flora) was a bit of a grump and not happy that he had to wait to deliver the flowers. Hope he didn’t spoil to many other folks experience of getting flowers like he did here.”

“Although our daughter loved the flowers sent to her they were not what was ordered. It would have been nice to be notified if there was an issue with our order so WE could choose what to do about it. Why else ask for our phone number and email address? We paid for flowers we didn’t order.”

“Good service re phone order and delivered on time with an email stating it had been delivered. Not seen the flowers but I believe they are beautiful.”
