“Mothers day flowers were nice. Birthday flowers were very small and sparse however, poor value for money.”

“Williamson's florists in Dundee provided a beautiful wreath for the funeral of a good friend. It was ordered simply online and further details were confirmed easily by phone, shortly after. Staff were very helpful and, despite recent bad weather, they assured that the purchase could be delivered within required timescales. A message was received to say the product was on its way on the day of the funeral and another was received confirming timely delivery, to the funeral directors at the Steeple Church in the city centre. The flowers were as expected and my shopping experience was good, so I would not hesitate to use Williamson's, Dundee again. I would also consider using them in future in my local area.”

“Williamsons customer service is always extremely helpful and they always give lovely fresh and exotic flowers that are designed to a highly international floral art design that is always breathtakingly beautiful! They offer an extremely quick delivery service even in bad weather - which is astonishing! I highly recommend Williamsons Design Florist Ltd!”

“Flowers were ok.. not what I expected for £30 looked more like £20 bunch....and I was charged 6.99 for deliver to somewhere that was literally 30 seconds from the shop which I find crazy. Not great value for money at all”

“Ladies in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. Despite leaving my order late, the flowers were delivered exactly when they said they would be. Regular emails kept me updated on their progress. The recipient loved the beautiful, fragrant bouquet and has sent a photo once they had fully bloomed (6 days later). So long lasting too. Perfect.”

“The flowers were ordered for the funeral of a close relative. The order process was straightforward & the person I spoke with was knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. I was worried about the delivery, as the funeral was early on a Monday morning & the arrangements had to be with the Funeral Director early on the same morning. Everything worked seamlessly. The flowers themselves were arranged beautifully and were a wonderful tribute. I could not have asked for any more from Williamson's.”

“The bouquet that was delivered on my behalf was completely different to the image I was shown on the Company website. The photo on the screen showed a vase packed full of bright yellow flowers with some greenery to set it off and looked delightful. The bouquet that was sent was basically a vase full of green "stuff" with a few yellow flowers spaced out in it, some of the tiny daffodils were already wilting. Before ordering I asked if my bouquet would look the same as the one on the screen and I was told it would be identical, it wasn't and both I and the recipient were left very disappointed. I won't be using this florist again.”
