“Was disappointed i never had any of my calls returned but understand how busy you all are at the moment. I also was disappointed not to be able to order a basket of flowers like I've previously ordered as it would have made it easier for the recipient not to worry trying to find a vase at such a difficult time. However she loved the flowers you picked on my behalf so I must say thankyou so much for that. Keep Safe x”

“The flowers I ordered are very pretty and of good quality .Williamson’s provided an efficient service , meeting their stated delivery time . My only slight criticism is that I thought I would get more flowers for my money but overall a simple and effective way to send flowers and I will use them again.,”

“I ordered quite late as thought I would see my mum on Mothers Day but of course I couldn't due to coronavirus. Flowers arrived early on the day and she was delighted with them.”

“The delivery guy left the flowers on the doorstep then phoned to say they were there. Maybe he should have phoned first to ask if it was fine to leave them on the doorstep.”

“Website was simple to use. Photos and details of flowers contained in bouquet were clear. I didn’t get my preferred delivery date due to unavailability of van driver but to be fair they phoned me to let me know this very quickly after order placed. Can’t review actual bouquet as it was sent as a get well gift,so I’ve not seen them but recipient was delighted”

“The tied bouquet was ordered in store the service and online order was very good. Delivery was made promptly by end of working day. My friend sent a photo as a thank you. I was a bit disappointed that although very nice it wasn't the selection of flowers as shown.”

“Floral arrangement was beautiful, not quite as description bit substitute flowers more than made up. Delivery van arrived 3 hours before scheduled time so no one at home. I had to dash back to take the flowers in.”
