“Lovely design/presentation of flowers. I'm sure I said no lilies but it still included lilies. No big deal. The card with message was a bit 'minimal', but again, no big deal. For the price paid, these details should/could be better I feel.”

“Flowers ordered for my wife on Saturday morning and delivered promptly early afternoon. Lovely bouquet but disappointed that some petals on the roses have died quickly despite placing them immediately in watered vase with food. My wife thinks the flowers look 'frosted'.....unlikely given time of year and ambient temperatures however the effect may have been caused by other transit/ storage arrangements. Disappointing that this has occurred so quickly with an expensive delivered bouquet and cheaper 'supermarket' flowers are often of better and lasting quality.”

“Ordered flowers over phone & spoke to a very nice young lady. The flowers were delivered exactly on the day & the recipients were delighted with them. They showed them to me over a video message. I had previously stated what colours would be my preference & although these were included the chosen flowers were not what I would have liked had I visited the shop. However Having said that I would definitely make further orders with you. .”

“Excellent flowers just a bit disappointed that they were delivered so early 8:00 as I asked between 10:00 and 15:00 so my wife could answer the door and get a surprise. However it all went well in the end so no real issues. The flowers were excellent. Would use again definitely.”
