“Mum delighted with flowers but I was disappointed with holder it came in as wasn’t in hat box as per picture on line”

“I have been ordering flowers from you for a number of years and have never been disappointed. I ordered the hatbox arrangement for my mums birthday and when I saw it I was a wee bit disappointed. It was in a beige box.. nothing like a hat box and i felt that for the money there might have been more flowers. What was there was lovely.”

“Very pleasant person on phone. Arrived on time and looked lovely. Only one problem....not Williamson’s fault but it is such a waste to have so many beautiful flowers left at the crematorium. They could be taken back by the people who paid for them and put somewhere else eg...a peace tree.”

“I can only give a 4 star as I have no idea what the flowers looked like because I did the order over the phone. In saying that, Janice who took my order, was really good and gave me many options and asked me many questions in order to give plenty choice. In future I will do it online. Otherwise the service was excellent.”

“The flowers were a get well gift for a family member who had recently had surgery. I was contacted to say they were the most beautiful display of flowers she had ever seen. There was a generous array of beautiful sweet scented spring flowers. There was a particular praise for the prestigious beautiful presentation box which was a delightful welcome surprise. I really must praise the florist who received my order over the telephone. She was most helpful with suggestions and obviously passionate About selecting a presentation which met my requirements.”
