“Totally love my latest cushion; it's a fabulous addition to my existing WB's cushions. Fabulous fabric and design. However, yet again, the DHL delivery spoiled the experience. Having waited to have the cushion made, I was just so excited to hear that it had been dispatched and, on receipt of the DHL delivery date notification, I informed them of my delivery choice (i.e., to deliver to my next door neighbour, with full address and door number stated). DHL responded to this and confirmed my delivery choice. However, my cushion was delivered to my front door (on full display to anyone passing by) on a stormy day with torrential rain. On my return home, I found a soggy and collapsed cardboard box, filled with soggy tissue paper, enveloping a wet cushion inside. Such a lot of money to pay to have to dry and revive something so lovely before using it.”
