“Amazing bag!!! Fantastic design and I love my bag! The size is right, length of strap is good and it’s a bit different. Love to personalisation which makes it unique. The shop was a lovely place to visit and the choice was fantastic. But I struggled with customer service and the phone not being answered and emails not being replied to. The extra panel was promised in 6 weeks but actually took more than double this time but with no communication. Yvonne was amazing! Thank you to her!”

“I absolutely love my new bag , the colour and fabric is beautiful! I was surprised that it wasn’t lined inside and the stitched fabric was breaking off inside . It would be nicer with a colourful lining and even better if it had a tiny zipped compartment. I’d still buy another as I love the product though!”

“Been to the shop in Sept 2025 and thought it was stunning. My friend bought 4 clutch bags and I have since told everyone about the shop and stunning bags. However I wont be recommending anyone to buy online due to the huge disappointment when receiving 1 of the 3 personalised bags I ordered (which is for a present) which has squint stitching around the initials.”

“I was confused by the tipping system at the checkout, which I had not seen before, especially as you were also giving a discount. I hope, and assume, that you are paying your employees a fair wage which tipping, for goods, does not imply.”

Hi Julia, Thanks for your message and for flagging this for us. The “tip” system was designed for customers to have the option to donate to the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, which is a charity we work closely with. It seems with a recent update of our web platform the tip explanation has disappeared hence the confusion. We are very glad you brought it this to our attention and are working on changing this as we speak. To put your mind at rest, all of our staff are fairly paid. “Totally love my latest cushion; it's a fabulous addition to my existing WB's cushions. Fabulous fabric and design. However, yet again, the DHL delivery spoiled the experience. Having waited to have the cushion made, I was just so excited to hear that it had been dispatched and, on receipt of the DHL delivery date notification, I informed them of my delivery choice (i.e., to deliver to my next door neighbour, with full address and door number stated). DHL responded to this and confirmed my delivery choice. However, my cushion was delivered to my front door (on full display to anyone passing by) on a stormy day with torrential rain. On my return home, I found a soggy and collapsed cardboard box, filled with soggy tissue paper, enveloping a wet cushion inside. Such a lot of money to pay to have to dry and revive something so lovely before using it.”

“Having visited you in Salcombe I knew what to expect of my mini purses. Excellent. The optional strap that I had also ordered seems too big, too wide to be in proportion to the mini purse and is obviously the same one used for the larger purses. I have bought one for myself and one for my friend and am disappointed despite the quality of your products.”
