“Totally love my latest cushion; it's a fabulous addition to my existing WB's cushions. Fabulous fabric and design. However, yet again, the DHL delivery spoiled the experience. Having waited to have the cushion made, I was just so excited to hear that it had been dispatched and, on receipt of the DHL delivery date notification, I informed them of my delivery choice (i.e., to deliver to my next door neighbour, with full address and door number stated). DHL responded to this and confirmed my delivery choice. However, my cushion was delivered to my front door (on full display to anyone passing by) on a stormy day with torrential rain. On my return home, I found a soggy and collapsed cardboard box, filled with soggy tissue paper, enveloping a wet cushion inside. Such a lot of money to pay to have to dry and revive something so lovely before using it.”

“Having visited you in Salcombe I knew what to expect of my mini purses. Excellent. The optional strap that I had also ordered seems too big, too wide to be in proportion to the mini purse and is obviously the same one used for the larger purses. I have bought one for myself and one for my friend and am disappointed despite the quality of your products.”

“My bag is beautiful when I finally got it as you had delivery problems with your courier DHL!!! But unfortunately I did not receive the strap I had ordered as well. After contacting you your lady said she would send it asap!!!! So I look forward to receiving it!!”

“The bag itself is lovely and my partner was very happy with her gift. However, on it's first outing the clasp failed and the strap no longer attached to the bag. Will Bees were quick to react to this issue and repaired the strap and kindly provided a spare.”

“Really pleased with my purchases. Beautiful bags and ideal for presents with the personalisation. I was very impressed with the quick service too. The only thing that did disappoint was the bags arrived in a Jiffy bag which had been torn. Luckily the bags weren’t damaged but I was surprised that they weren’t packaged better and more securely for such premium product. Other than that though I am looking forward to giving them to their recipients.”
