“I own a number of Will Bees bags and I absolutely love my collection. I've had several now for a number of years and I've found they get even better with age. My Gertie Backpack Bumblebee Garden in midday sun is my 'go to' summer bag .”

“Your bags are unique and beautifully made. Just one point, perhaps you could make it more obvious that the snake print bag is fabric and slightly furry! I was trying to choose between snake and croc and probably would have gone for the latter if I had understood that the snake was fabric not leather! My error I know but perhaps a little more clarity would help! But definitely great products.”

“I was confused by the tipping system at the checkout, which I had not seen before, especially as you were also giving a discount. I hope, and assume, that you are paying your employees a fair wage which tipping, for goods, does not imply.”

Hi Julia, Thanks for your message and for flagging this for us. The “tip” system was designed for customers to have the option to donate to the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, which is a charity we work closely with. It seems with a recent update of our web platform the tip explanation has disappeared hence the confusion. We are very glad you brought it this to our attention and are working on changing this as we speak. To put your mind at rest, all of our staff are fairly paid.
