“ok - geat product from Tanner & Bates, but there product knowledge poor and customer aftercare - well ??? Would i buy again from them - no i do not think i would - sorry”

“I popped in on Monday (22nd august) and brought a little bag (£49!) for a friends birthday. A friend asked me if I got to look in the 1/2 price section! I didn’t even know this was available!! I was disappointed that no one greeted us or asked if we we were ok or needed any help while looking around. Not what I’m used to, as in the past there has always been a welcome and shown products. On paying I was abruptly told I could not bring my purchase back as it had been embossed! I will be back but I hope that the service will be your usual standard.”

“Good products. But sadly their brand pride does not extend to the postal packaging. Very poorly packaged unless you spend anot expensive add on of £5 per item on a box. Otherwise it just comes in a plastic postage bag. No tissue paper. Also paid for one item to be gift packaged. Sadly it wasn't either. Customer service said would send it asap. It never arrived. Really let's the brand down. Such super products but let down by their presentation. The quality stops at the door.”
