Very disappointed the bag which I paid express delivery for because I wanted it for my wedding never turned up. I contacted DHL who said it wasn't their problem ,then contacted Will Bees Bespoke who said it was DHLs problem . Then received an email from WBB saying it had got lost in transit. Very upset because I requested the bag to be personalised with my new name. I've received a full refund but still very disappointed.

I’m really unimpressed by Will Bees inability to resolve my complaint. I’m left with a bag which I cannot give to a girlfriend as a gift as the personalised leather swatch is not centred and looks amateur. It is no use to anyone else as it has her initials embossed on the bag. Such a pity you took days discussing it by email, didn’t take on board the problem and wished me to post it at my expense, or alternatively buy another bag at nearly £100.

Very disappointing. The leather initial tag was crooked and the tassel didn't match anything. Poor quality throughout.

I order this bag on 3rd December and am still awaiting delivery. Have spoken to DHL but haven’t heard anything from them. Where is it. Message left on your answerphone this morning - no response so am very disappointed. It is a present or my granddaughter, its looking as if she won’t have it.
