“I was looking forward to this. Really disappointed with the inside finishing for a hand made purse the seems on the inside should have been stiched with no loose threads etc”

“I emailed you a few months ago saying I'd seen black cowhide backpacks in your shop but they weren't online, I was told they're all brown but some are very dark, but I can ask for a very dark one when I order. So I did with my order & sent another email at the same time to make sure. I received no reply but did get a standard brown cowhide backpack. I think if you're going to use the 'Bespoke' in your name you may want to read your emails.”

“I received a small clutch bag as a Christmas present, It is beautiful and I love it. But was rather surprised at the poor finish inside with raw edges exposed considering it was a very expensive bag. The addition of a small pocket to hold a bank card might be useful.”

“Purchased a purse for my wife for Christmas.Beautifully wrapped and looked great.However the leather motive label stitched on slightly out of line and the zip is dreadfully “sticky” for want of a better word. Considering the price £55 I felt poor quality in some areas. We have kept it as it was sent away and more hassle however I would suggest better care on the stitching.”

“I love love the pouch and the colour is just what I expected. However I would love to have given a 5 star instead of the 3 stars. I gave it a 3 star due to the personalisation of leather badge. It’s free to get the pouch personalised which is great but a better job on the letters could have been done on my pouch. I’m seeing double. See the uploaded photo. I did not phone customer services as frankly I could not be bothered at the time. Working full time in the NHS I was just to tired phone etc. Would I buy again I like to think I would. Hoping the next pouch I order will have better quality check and mine was just a fluke.”

“I bought this for my daughters birthday,she had seen it advertised,and she was happy with it(I thought it overpriced)but thought it should have had her name on it.I could not see anywhere on your website that asked for a name.Would appreciate an explanation?”

Hi Anita, There is a “Personalisation” box when you add the bag to your cart in which to put the name/initials you would like on the product, we apologise if that wasn’t made clear enough when using our website. We would be more than happy for you to send the bag back to us at the workshop on Island Street (we will refund the postage), then we can get it personalised and sent back to you, free of charge. “- No delivery note enclosed (despite me taking the time to write one) so recipient didn’t know who it was from. - Tassle was not colour I ordered. No call to see what my preferred alternative was or apology.”
