“When a gift is stylish, well made and well received it ticks a lot of boxes. I am still basking in the glow of goodwill There had been a couple of small glitches in the order process, which were handled both speedily and efficiently. “Purchased a purse for my wife for Christmas.Beautifully wrapped and looked great.However the leather motive label stitched on slightly out of line and the zip is dreadfully “sticky” for want of a better word. Considering the price £55 I felt poor quality in some areas. We have kept it as it was sent away and more hassle however I would suggest better care on the stitching.”

“Wonderful service! I requested that I pick my order up from Salcombe as I only live in Kingsbridge. I was really surprised to receive a personal phone call to tell me my order was ready to pick up. A really lovely touch. The purse was a 30th birthday gift. From what I could make of her reaction she absolutely loves it but then who wouldn't? Thanks again guys. See you in the new year.”

“A very pretty and well made purse. The material is very unusual and it is a bonus you can have the item personalised. Although they are very unusual, I think they are quite expensive. I was rather annoyed at the offer of a discount if you used a code, and the code did not work, nor did the subsequent code work. This company need to sort this out if they are offering a discount. However, they did refund me the discount, but I got the impression that they were annoyed I had emailed a complaint about it.”
