“Fantastic customer service. I had a very small issue with a missing gift box which they rectified immediately. The bag I purchased is stunning, beautifully finished and I really like that I could choose an extra cross body strap so that its use is not limited to a clutch bag. When I was a child we rented a cottage in Salcombe every summer. This seaside town holds so many wonderful family memories and as I purchased this bag as a birthday present for my mother it makes the gift extra special. Thank you.”

“I actually purchased the larger signature clutch. The smaller size was apparently sold in the shop just as I completed my online order. However, the shop phoned me immediately and sorted it out. I purchased the clutch as a gift and the recipient absolutely loved it.”

“Love my bag. It had its first trip out last night and used it as a clutch - enough space for phone, small purse, keys, lip gloss and all important hand gel. Lovely quality - would definitely buy another one in the future!”

“While on a short break we bought a clutch bag for our daughter who lives abroad as a gift after previously buying a her a backpack last year. After a quick drink 2 shops away we left Salcome. Discovering we’d left the bag behind we could only contact Will bees. Being a complete star he retraced our steps and retrieved our bag for us to return and collect it. Our daughter will have her beautiful bag all thanks to fabulous, kind customer service. It made our day.”
