“Great service, nice people. Had it in stock.. bonus... a real, informed person answered a phone and it all got moving efficiently. I've put Wilkinson in my 'must check' list now for kit. Companies who actually have informed and motivated staff who are willing to talk to you is rare and we should support such places.”

“I saw the camera I was interested in online at Wilkinsons I had purchased from them before and was happy that they were a reliable company. The price was very competitive so I checked on availability and placed my order and it was delivered free as promised within 3 days. Excellent service both on the phone and online. The camera is also excellent, so I would highly recommend them.”

“I called prior to ordering my Nikon Z50 online and was impressed with the knowledge of the team. Due to poor timing on my behalf I just missed the overnight delivery, but was called, advised and the order arrived when expected. Order was excellently packed, so nothing was amis even though the main box looked like postie had played football! First time I've bought from Wilkinson and very impressed with the approach - many thanks”

“They always say the mark of a good company is how they deal with any unforseen issues. Ordered a new LP-E19 battery which I received the next day, unfortunately due to a manufacturing fault the battery condition wasn't great as only got to 93% charge. Called them and despite it not being their fault they were happy to sort, received a prepaid returns label straight away, sent off and they shipped out a perfectly working replacement the next day. Customer service like this means returning customers, one of which will be me.”

“Paid for a next day delivery and i appreciate i placed order late on a thursday night i wasnt expecting to recieve it on the friday but because you dont class Saturday as a working day i didn't recieve my item till the Monday.....if your shop is open on Saturdays why are you not classing it as work day so basically i was forced to pay for a premium delivery service that you know you cant provide you should not be charging premium rates when there isnt the option for it at weekends there should be a cheaper payment option for those instances if u order after a certain time on a thursday when u know you cant deliver a before the following monday its misleading customers”

Hi Michael, Our delivery information is here - https://www.wilkinson.co.uk/delivery-information - which shows you the time and cut offs. "Working Days" are defined in the UK as days which are NOT Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays and as this is a standard term, we use it in our postage description. Our order cut off is 3pm, but your order was placed after 8pm and therefore arrived correctly on Monday. As your order was below £100 you did not qualify for free postage options so you did have to pay. The size, shapre and weight of your item meant it could not be sent Royal Mail or a less expensive courier option and so you were only shown the option for a "next working day" delivery. Hopefully this makes more sense now. It's great to see that your item arrived on time. Thanks for shopping with us, Wilkinson Cameras
