“Went into wilkinson camera store in Preston with the intention of part exchanging some of my equipment to buy a new camera and lens. I expected a long wait to have my equipment checked but was very pleasantly surprised to have it done there and then . Very professionally handled and a reasonable amount of money offered for my equipment, actually more than I expected for some of it.. I left the store very happy with the whole process and with my new camera and lens in hand, namely an Olympus system M5 and a 12-45 f4 Pro lens”

“Having purchased a range of Sony kit in December from Wilkinsons and subsequently deciding I "needed" a super telephoto lens to go with I decided to stay with them, keeping my purchases local, had all the specific kit I wanted in stock, competitive prices, reliable advice and the final item came in the post in the safest packaging I've ever seen!”

“Hi. I am satisfied. At this price, no one offers so many add -ons. I suggest you give up DPD services because the package was damaged and robbed. Fortunately, the main elements did not disappear.”

“My purchase was a Panasonic 70 - 300mm L mount lens. With £150 off the listed price, this made it the cheapest I could find for this particular lens. Cost aside, I was notified within an hour of placing the order that the lens had been "shipped", so a speedy service. Although I did not pay for next working day delivery, it did actually arrive the next working day.”

“Good quality equipment, good offers. Received what I bought quickly and packed without plastic, then once I wanted to return one of the items they replied with the instructions on how to do it fairly quickly as well. I still haven't gone past that point in the return process.”

“Rang first to see if Wilkinson cameras would deliver to a Scottish Island. They would and the postage was very reasonable (compared to other retailers). Lense was in stock and received it very quickly. Very impressed with the overall customer service and will use them again.”
