“Have ordered brand new and pre owned items.Really good shopping experience ordered items online receiving confirmation email of order with order number. With full receipt to follow good communication with courier from dispatch to delivery if you have a query theirs always someone to talk to at the end of the line good customer service. Paid for next day delivery items arrived on time well packed with no damage to box,pre owned items in good condition according to the grading items meet grading rate.extremely satisfied with all that I’ve purchased so far from Wilkinson cameras 📷 long may the good service continue.”

“As you informed me that the lead-time on my Panasonic telephoto lens was likely to be several weeks after I'd ordered it, it still came before I expected it to! There was a text and an e.mail which gave me a time slot on a specific day which was very helpful, and I couldn't have wished for it to have been packaged more securely. Very good and efficient service, I'll use you again for whatever I need in future!”

“A rapid response for a product I,d been waiting for over a month from another supplier and still without a committed delivery date. I cancelled the order and placed it with Wilkinson Cameras. From receiving confirmation of my order at mid afternoon on day zero, my order was delivered to my front door mid morning next day...I was impressed. Good afternoon, We can see that this parcel was attempted to be delivered on 12/02 at 12.58pm. A text message was sent to the mobile number provided on the order to advise of the delivery the day before and at 8.43am on the day. A follow up text message was sent at 13.18 after the attempted delivery. The next tracking update shows that this has been sent to the nearest Post Office for collection. You can use the information from your text messages or the tracking information provided when your item was dispatched last week. We do not have any record of you attempting to contact us about this prior to leaving a review. We would have been able to help you with this. Please remember we are available 7 days a week by phone, email or live help and most enquiries are dealt with immediately. Contact information is available on the website and on your order confirmation emails. Please get in touch if you are unable to obtain the parcel from the Post Office for any reason.
