“I had not dealt with Wilkinson before so I was very apprehensive. I placed my Order & received a receipt. I waited for notification of the goods being despatched. I was about to send a message asking when they would send out my Order when it arrived. I really couldn't believe it!! The service was incredible!!! Well done Wilkinson!!”

“First class service from enquiry to delivery. I was not sure what I needed and they arranged for an expert to call me, who created recommendation and completed a basket for me . Items arrived together ( there were many items) and all perfectly packaged. Well done - great to use a local company and I felt apprecaited Thankyou”

“Had bee looking around for a new camcorder for a while, and after doing some research decided to choose a Sony FD-AX53.Have not had the chance to try it out just yet, but hopefully will do so soon to make some videos for my youtube channel. Service and price were very good.”

Hi Michael, Thanks for leaving a review. Most of our Three Legged Thing items are website only stock so have never been out to a store for display. Our stock system also allows us to see every movement an individual stock item makes. I can see that this particular item has never been returned and would have had no reason to be opened. It arrived with us from Three Legged Thing on 08/12 and was dispatched to you on 11/12. We'd always state if an item was ex-display or get in contact before shipping if we found the box to have been damaged. This item is out of stock at the moment, so I can't be 100% sure about the packaging, but if I recall correctly, it comes in an unsealed card outer. If you have photos or more information we can pass this back to Three Legged Thing, but I can assure you that this is a brand new item that you received. “I received great service from Wilkinson Cameras. Liz in the sales office was informative about the camera and lens I was purchasing. It was a special order and when she found out the delivery day emailed me immediately with it. The Olympus camera arrived beautifully presented and extremely well packed. Would not hesitate to recommend this company particularly for the personal touches frequently not shown by other companies once a sale is made. Thank you”

“The item I ordered arrived very promptly well packaged. A great product at a great price. A couple of years ago I bought a number of cameras and a couple of lens and received great service from the staff at the Preston shop. I am now looking at purchasing a new video camera and Wilkinson's will be the place to go. Highly recommend this company if you want great service, nothing to much trouble.”

“I e-mailed the online shop for adice on which camera backpacks would be suitable for the gear that I use. I quickly got a resposne recommennding two back packs that would suit my needs. After studying the details of each I oredered one online and it arrived next day. Excellent service.”
