“Ordered for next day delivery arrived . Not fulfilled In the interim message to say item missing I ordered a similar item on the same day from Ffordes in northern Scotland it was cheaper and arrived 1100hrs the next day by first class post again cheaper. No strong arguments for using Wilkinsons again unless standard of service improves”

Hi Richard, We haven't received any emails or phone calls from you about this order. We'd have been more than happy to investigate it for you, assist you and show you how great our customer service is. Your order was dispatched on time and with a Next Working Day service as you'll have seen from our automated email communications. I can see by looking at the DPD tracking information (included in our dispatch email) that DPD updated you by text and email to let you know that there was a delay to the delivery. I can understand your disappointment with the delay to your parcel arriving, but please consider that it is completely beyond our control if there is a delay with the courier. Given the chance to help you we would have been able to look into this for you at the time. We'd also have been able to refund the difference paid for the next working day service. I've now authorised this for you and it will be actioned today. I'd ask that you consider revising your review in light of the fact that the issue was beyond our control and, now that we have been made aware of it, that we have rectified it as best we can. “I bought the Panasonic Lumix TZ80 camera as a gift for my wife. However, the uploading photos to the tablet is very tricky. Sometimes it connects, other times it fails. Then you have to cluck each image separately, with a limit to the maximum number at one time. Very frustrating. Antway, I dropped Wilkinson's alkne to ask if they could help. They didn't bother to reply. Hence only 2 * for Customer Service failings.”

Hi John, We reply to most emails the very same day, usually within just a couple of working hours. However, we haven’t received any emails from the email address you used to purchase. Please ensure you are emailing sales@wilkinson.co.uk or fill in a contact form online (https://www.wilkinson.co.uk/w/contact-us/) and we will answer any questions you have as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may find the full manual is able to help you. “Having ordered an Epson XP 8700 Expression Photo printer A4 from Jessops I found they couldn't supply. I contacted Wilkinson Cameras and found them to have stock, so ordered on line and within 7 days I took delivery. They informed me of progress all the time and the printer arrived on the due date in pefect condition. I am highly delighted with their service”
