“I was looking to upgrade from Nikon d7200 to the Z6. I wanted hands on experience and also I had several lenses which in theory should have worked with the FTZ mount but I wanted to check. All 3 staff were great especially Adam and Alex, nothing was too much trouble. My lenses worked in the shop. I went on the Nikon walk about in the afternoon tith Wayne (Nikon rep) and Adam and over a 2 hour period got to grips with most of the standard controls. I am now waiting for my new lighter kit to arrive. I have used Wilkinsons since 2015, keep going back for their knowledge and overall helpfulness.”

“2.30pm Tuesday, load my online basket with a Panasonic Leica 100-400mm because there was an offer of £100 off (£1199.00 normal price). As I hadn't dealt with Wilkinson Cameras before I thought I would call to check it was actually in stock and a UK lens before pressing the pay button. Busy phone line so left a message requesting call-back via the online chat. 2.40pm contacted by Sarah who answered my questions with good manners and grace. I pressed the button after choosing next day delivery. Wednesday 9.10am DPD delivered the lens to my home - wow! First Class service from start to finish all I could have hoped for and the lens is fantastic and the price really keen against competitors saving me £90 on the deal (after postage). Thank you Wilkinson Cameras and especially Sarah who clearly personally sorted out my order promptly to ensure I was a happy customer - brilliant!”

“The best company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a lense from them, which was delivered quickly and packed really well. Unfortunately, I had some compatibility issues with lense and my camera, and I needed their advice on multiple occasions. Their live chat was always very helpful and speedy. Sadly, I had to return the lens, but I got the full refund the very next day. Very professional service throughout my experience with them, I will deffinitely be dealing with Wilkinson cameras in the future!”

Good afternoon, As I understand it, you got in touch to ask about Cokin filters and Sara our Online Sales Manager had some sent over to the Warrington store for you to look at. Despite having checked the Cokin website, which suggested they were compatible with your existing filsters, it turned out that they weren't. Matthew, Warrington Store Manager, spent some time with you in-store and also after you had left to find a solution for you and put together a package of LEE Filters to suit your needs. He also arranged a discount to reflect the inconvenience caused. This was posted directly to you from our Online Sales team to save you making another journey and you called Matthew to thank him for the "first class service" upon receipt of them. Following on from this purchase, you called Matthew and asked for advice on a card reader, which you ordered online without any issue. As you can see, we work together as a company to ensure that customers get great service, with online and in-store teams working as one.
