“This order was delivered as I requested. I have found the Wilkinson service to be very good since I started buying through the website a few years ago. My only gripe is with Fuji, who in my opinion do not make it easy to claim the cash back.”

“I ordered 12 small photograph albums at less than £2 each, they were delivered as promised, and I am very pleased with them, they are good value for money. The packaging was rather unique, a small bag of sweets included.”

“Recently bought a Canon EFS 10 -18mm STM lens and after some extensive research on pricing the Wilkinson price couldn't be beaten especially when a special £20 discount took the price to less than one retailer was offering a 2nd hand lens for. No brainer. Delivery was free and arrived promptly as promised. Highly recommended.”

“We have spent a lot of money with Wilkinson Cameras. We go back to the Chester Store because one of the male advisors was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us with our very first canon camera purchase. However if he is not in the shop or is busy attending to other customers, we leave as the two female assistants are just not on the same level with camera knowledge or information on deals etc Recently made a purchase online. The process was quick and efficient.”

“We have recently purchased a new camera from Wilkinson Cameras.We visited the Chester shop whilst taking a few day break, & discussed our requirements with a member of staff named Mark. He was great. He explained details of cameras which covered our needs & budget , he was very knowledgeable & enthusiastic , & we didn't feel pressured into buying. On our return home we contacted Mark,for a further chat, & then arranged to make a purchase from Wilkinsons on line. We are delighted with our new camera.”

“Excellent service. Polite, item as described. My only gripe would be the charge for delivery where others such as LCE don't charge for higher value items. Plus, would prefer delivery by DPD as the give a 1 hour time slot where as PF is just AM.”

“I ordered a new printer and paid for next day delivery. This was delivered next day even though it was in the middle of the Christmas rush. When I contacted the shop prior to ordering the assistant was very helpful.”
