“Thank you to Keith Smethurst and all the staff at Wilkinsons Cameras, Preston, for a very enjoyable morning talking cameras, lenses and add ons and eventually choosing my new camera and lens. The shop was extremely busy, but this didn't affect me getting undivided attention, to make sure I made absolutely the right choice. We had coffee and a natter. Hello, We strive to deliver great customer service every time, but we did fall short on this occasion. Following on from our phone call, we hope you will accept our sincere apologies. The contents of boxes do alter from time to time due to production changes, in this case from a leather case to a fabric one. When this happens, the manufacturers should inform us so we can make sure the details on our website are up to date, in this instance this had not happened. I can assure you that all the details relating to this product are now up to date on our website. We have also addressed the issue regarding the person who first responded to you, they are currently having ongoing training. They are particularly new to our company and we feel confident that they will meet expectations in customer service and understanding.
