“Sony E10-18mm Lens Purchased online on Monday Pm,Delivered Tueday Pm by courier. All well packaged against any possible damage in transit (This is something I've noticed with all my previous Wilkinson purchases online) Not the cheapest, but quality products and professional service. Not yet used the new lens (Its a Xmas Present!) so can't comment on it as yet.”

“Very happy with the service. I ordered a Canon SLR camera and lens as needed it the next working day. My product was in stock (was hard to find the lens and camera in stock elsewhere) and it arrived just as expected on time and in very good condition. Would order again!”

“Excellent service, competitive pricing. I bought top-of-the-range Panasonic Bridge camera online as an Xmas present before the end of the national Covid-19 lockdown (end-Nov 2020 and only UK stockist I could find with it in stock) but order still handled immediately. Received phone call early next morning (Saturday) to verify minor detail then despatched immediately. Arrived on Wednesday as scheduled, well packaged with plenty of polystyrene protection. Would have no issues buying from them again.”

“I contacted the Customer Service team in order to purchase items. I was unsure of what I needed to order....LEE Grad soft filter & Lee Field Pouch, Liz from the Customer Service team was the lady who helped me, she listened to what I was wanting and gave me sound advice on what to buy. I wanted to place the order but she explain that she could not take orders/payments over the phone, I told her I was worried that I might select the wrong items and she said she would email me a link for both items, which I received moments after my call. This help enabled me to place the order in complete confidence, Liz was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient and made my transaction a positive experience....she was a asset and credit to the Wilkinson Customer Service team.”

“Had a problem understanding a certain setting on my camera ,the woman I spoke to was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining it which I was very grateful for ,we spoke about other things and equipment which resulted in me purchasing a new tripod which I'm delighted with .i came off the phone feeling like I had spoke to someone who knew what she was talking about and had excellent service .”
