“I ordered a telescope from Wilkinson and was impressed with how quickly it was despatched and delivered. Unfortunately the telescope arrived damaged. I phoned Wilkinson and spoke to a very helpful advisor (Graham) who assured me that this would be sorted out. I emailed photos and they arranged for it to be collected and sent out a new telescope within days. Customer service was excellent and Graham not only emailed updates but called me to let me know the new telescope had been despatched. Cannot fault the service. Have set the scope up, seems impressive.”

“Such good service! I got a really excellent part exchange deal so I could afford a significant camera body upgrade (there was a 20% PX bonus operating at the time). When my new body was ready to despatch (earlier than expected) I got a phone call to sort out the payment balance, after which I had a few queries about how to collect my camera and more importantly how to drop off my old PX kit (I also had the option of a free DPD pick up as my PX was >£100). My queries were resolved instantly on the phone by knowledgeable and friendly staff - none of this web-only or 0800 call centre frustration, but an eagerness to oblige and satisfy the customer. It was more convenient for me to drop my kit off than wait in for a collection, so I phoned the Warrington store to check I could do so and they were fine. The store was very well managed to maintain social distancing, and there was plenty of hand sanitiser available. Henry in the store was excellent and told me to go and grab a coffee while he checked my kit then he rang to let me know he'd finished. To my embarrassment, I'd included a lens that wasn't in my PX quote but as I didn't need this, Henry had added its value to my quote. He carefully checked my bank account details ready for the transfer, and let me read the screen to reassure me they were spot on. I would thoroughly recommend Wilkinson Cameras for the value, personality and professionalism of their service and will be adding their gift vouchers to my Christmas list!”
