“The system that Wilkinson Cameras use to grade the condition of an item appears to be extremely strict - I have bought a camera rated 'D' and a lens rated 'C+' - & while the packaging had clearly been opened - the items themselves both looked as though they had been taken out of the box & immediately replaced. I have no hesitation buying used items from Wilkinson - I trust their grading system (it may be harder to sell second-hand items to them!)”

“The item (a lens) was competitively priced and carefully packed: and Wilkinsons's dispatch of it was prompt. Unfortunately their couriers (Parcel Force) then either failed to attempt to deliver it or didn't bother to leave any card notifying me they had tried--moreover their tracking number did not work. However when I inquired of Wilkinsons as to what had happened they were extremely helpful in tracing the item and enabling me to retrieve it from Parcel Force's depot. I'm pleased with the lens and was impressed with Wilkinson's service. I would certainly recommend them.”
