“On this occasion I had to order on line. Normally I use the Burnley shop where I am a frequent customer. The advice I receive there is excellent as is the ordering service. It suits me to know that my order will be delivered to the store and I can suite myself when I collect. My recent order was delivered by Parcelforce and the notification details were rather lacking.”

“I had a few questions about my prospective purchase, a Sony RX10iv. I spoke to someone at Preston store on the phone. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The price was competitive, there was a three year warranty, which was a bonus. I have used the camera a couple of times now and am delighted with it, though it will take some time to get more familiar with it. On the whole the experience dealing with Wilkinsons was entirely satisfactory and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
