“Nice service. I needed an additional strap connector for my Black Rapid camera strap. Ordered on line and it arrived the next day. Only thing I would say is that for a low cost spare like this the minimum posting cost is quite high (signed for delivery) Suggest a simple postal option for very low cost small items.”

“My recent order for Sony equipment Sara in their direct sales department was brilliant to deal with got me my item before due date answered all my questions quickly kept me updated with delivery chased Sony on my behalf for early dispatch cannot fault them in anyway. I telephoned them on the off chance they had one. The sales person I spoke to was so helpful and courteous, they tracked one down to their Liverpool store and organised it transfer to me the next day.
