“We use Wilkinson cameras for nearly every purchase to do with cameras, equipment and spotting scopes. The staff are extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable if in store. When ordering on line the service is just as good.”

“I cannot rate Wilkinson Cameras highly enough. Whilst visiting Kendal we popped into their shop where we received excellent customer service from Kieran and Nick. We never felt under any pressure to buy, but they were so knowledgeable and helpful that we revisited with our daughter twice more within the weekend and we were more than delighted with the advice and our purchase. We ordered online and received exceptional customer service from order to delivery. Exceptional - thank you”

“Wow! I came across Wilkinson Cameras through a Google search in desperation looking for a cheap mini photo album to hold 25 (ish) photos 6x4 size. Couldn't find one anywhere! Thankfully Wilkinson Cameras had just what I wanted so I ordered 2. The price wasn't ridiculous either, even with postage! This was quite late in the afternoon. I was so impressed that they turned up the very next day! Would recommend and I know where to go for my little photo albums (great for little pics to aid memory in folk suffering from dementia!) Thank you Wilkinson Cameras!”

“Joe in Carlisle branch was very helpful as I had bought some 2nd hand cameras, from another shop; he looked at them for me. With his report I returned them and purchased a used Nikon from Wilkinsons with a 12 month warranty. It’s lovely.”

“Absolutely superb customer experience, practically immediate response from sales on email questions. Plus my item arrived in under 24 hours. Which is fantastic considering the item was out of stock online but sourced from one of there branches. Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Lens £199 not used yet as this is a Christmas present.”

“A really kind company who helped me out when I purchased the wrong film for the camera in an order, they noticed this and contacted me and sorted it all out instead of letting me buy it all for a couple more pound like most companies would do. Would totally recommend and will be returning for all my camera supplies.”
