Good Morning David, Thank you for getting in touch, we are sorry to hear you have not yet received your parcel. From checking the order, we can see the order was placed on the 20/10/2023 and dispatched by us the very same day for a next working day service (not including weekends), the parcel was picked up by the courier later that afternoon at 15:30. There was 2 attempts at delivery by the courier on 23/10 @ 09:35 and again on 24/10 @ 10:36 however on both occasion there was no one to sign for the parcel. FedEx will have sent you sms / emails with regards your parcel status awaiting instructions from yourself. We on the 27/10 had contacted you to let you know of FedEx's attempts to deliver and to let you know that the parcel was at your local FedEx facility for you to contact us should you need further assistance however have not received contact until today. We are more than happy to rearrange delivery with the courier however if you would like a refund then let us know by responding to the emails we had sent this morning. Kind Regards, Wilkinson Cameras

“I'd been on the lookout for a specific monopod, a ProMaster AirSupport, that's made in the US. I had a few questions about the device, as they offer a few options, that I needed to ask before purchasing. This is where Amazon and the like fall down. I noticed Wilkinson Cameras stocked it so I contacted them and the pre-sales assistance was first class. They shipped the item within a few hours of payment being made. I will be checking with them in future before making any purchases.”
