“I made two purchases from Wilkinson's last week, the first was via mail order and the items supplied were good and the delivery service excellent. My only cause for slight complaint is that when telephoning the on line help I was told I needed to actually order on line, I would have thought that they could have processed the order over the telephone. My second purchase was made form the Burnley store, where the staff were very knowledgeable about the products I wished to buy and had a very friendly attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend buying from Wilkinson's using either mail order or visiting you local store.”
