“First of all I had problems ordering on line, but this was soon rectified after a call to your sales dept., where personnel were most helpful. The order was despatched very quickly and the arrangement for delivery to a collection point was easy and much appreciated. The camera was very well-packed and test photos have proved immensely successful. Tha camera has far more options than I will ever use, but the ones I will regularly use are very impressive. There was one slight problem that the case included with the special offer deal was about 2 sizes too small. This did not bother me unduly because I adapted an old case. However my e-mail to you on Apr 29th notifying you that other people may take a different view was promptly answered by Alex. I think your service is exemplary - perhaps youi should run courses for other firms in the art of customer relations. Out of 10, you have scored at least 15! Brilliant”

Hi, Thank you for leaving feedback and letting us know about the case. This has been brought to our attention and we have now changed the case in the kit. It appears some were a snug fit and some simply didn't fit at all! I have spoken to our sales team who will be posting out the new case included in the FZ72 Value Kit (which should prove a bit easier to use!) for you.
