“I bought a Fuji X-T2 (plus the battery pack) from the Warrington store in Dec 2016. Great service from Matthew and Henry at the time. I already owned a Nissin i40 flash which I'd used on my Fuji X-T1. This flash didn't work on the X-T2 and needed to be returned to the Nissin agents to have its firmware updated. Henry kindly offered to take care of this for me. Service beyond the call! (Fuji have subsequently released a firmware update for the X-T2 camera which takes care of this issue.) Great guys to deal with at the Warrington store. They also have a good range of accessories which makes browsing fun.”

“The camera was in mint condition at a very good price. The only downside being that the part of the charging cable that connects to the camera did not fit . This however wasn't a problem as I used a micro USB to USB cable that I already had. The item was well packaged and delivery was swift. Very happy customer !”

“Finally found a replacement eyecup for the Panasonic GH4. The original got lost as can fall off quite easily. Came across Wilkinson Cameras via a Facebook forum accidentally. They supplied a replacement which seems as good as the original and received it very promptly at a reasonable price. Have secured the new eyecup whith a thin strip of gaffer tape !”

“Dear Sales Persons I simply had to write. I hate poor service and complain when I receive such. HOWEVER, the service from your team was exemplary and your manager(s) ought to see this email. When I bought the last M5 body and adapter yesterday there were a few glitches -all at my end - and all the people involved in supporting me were accommodating and understanding, rang back as promised and answered emails very promptly. “Ordered disc from slides, should have been ready Friday but unable to collect until Monday, when asking about prices of prints was not told when putting order In that it would have been cheaper to order prints at the same time instead of full price when collecting disc.”
